Unlike a lot of serviced office franchises in the Sydney area, the Promenade Serviced offices are privately owned and managed. This ensures greater flexibility, consistency, attention to detail and security for tenants and customers.

We provide personal and professional support to small organisations and start ups and have many long term clients who value our unique service offering as well as enjoying the great work life balance.

The Promenade Serviced and Virtual offices offer executive boardroom and meeting room facilities as well as office support that is not attached to a membership fee structure. At The Promenade we like to support your business and offer flexibility. At The Promenade you only pay for what you use.

Our offices are professionally managed by Jennifer Attia who has extensive office co-ordination, customer service and administration experience as well as senior personal assistant skills.
